America's premier custom clothier, @commonwealthpr America's premier custom clothier, @commonwealthproper, is teaming up with the Citizens Association of Georgetown for a March Madness Party this Saturday, March 18th from 10 am - 4 pm.  Guests can enjoy lite bites and sip on Scotland's best whisky, @aberfeldy, while watching the NCAA basketball tournament.  Commonwealth Proper's founder, Craig Arthur von Schroeder, will also provide tips on dressing will in this new, more casual world and host a trunk show from North Carolina-based custom sneaker company, @opieway.  This event is for CAG members only.

We’re excited to be celebrating the 90th year of We’re excited to be celebrating the 90th year of The Georgetown House Tour this 2023.  Since 1931, St. John’s Episcopal Church has organized and hosted the Georgetown House Tour to raise funds for ministry and outreach. From day one, the House Tour has been an important part of enabling the mission of St John’s in the greater Georgetown community.  Each year the Georgetown House Tour features a number of Georgetown’s most beautiful homes.  This year the Georgetown House Tour will be held on Saturday, April 22. Be sure to buy your tickets!

In celebration of Black History, CAG presented sto In celebration of Black History, CAG presented stories of the African American history along the C&O Canal, the development of Holy Trinity Catholic Church as well Epiphany Catholic Church. Along with CAG President Tara Parker, Neville Waters, president of the Mt. Zion Female Union Band Historic Memorial Park, Inc., greeted the audience and introduced the speakers.  We are so grateful to have had this opportunity to strengthen our community and inspire change in action. Thank you to everyone who attended!
