Before retirement, Tom had a nearly 40-year career on the Hill and lobbying. Tom was a law firm associate for four years and then spent time on Capitol Hill, first as Counsel and then as Chief Counsel to the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Thereafter, he joined a law firm to develop and build a multi-client lobbying practice and eventually established his own firm. Tom is a graduate of Notre Dame University and Georgetown Law School. Tom and his wife, Annemarie, an abstract artist, live in the West Village.
