Mark Martinkov

Mark Martinkov serves to promote the safety and security of the Georgetown community as both the Co-Chair of the Public Safety Committee and the head of CAG’s Block Captain Program. In his professional life, Mark is an Associate at Monument Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on the national security sector. Previously, he was a Program Manager at Microsoft, where he led teams of engineers in developing and implementing nascent technologies. In addition to his work with CAG, he volunteers at the Adas Israel Synagogue and is an active member of the University Club of Washington. Mark graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a degree in Finance and Management.
