Dr. Amy Titus is a C-suite advisor, management consultant, HR executive, and entrepreneur with a passion for building the workforces of the future. With over 30 years of international human capital experience, she has led large-scale workforce transformations in complex, global businesses and public sector organizations. As a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, Amy played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s talent management offerings in both financial services and government. She was instrumental in scaling digital solutions, increasing market share, and leading key growth initiatives. In her Talent leadership role, she managed Deloitte’s transformation to a virtual, technology-driven “career lattice” model, offering greater flexibility and engagement for a diverse workforce. Before Deloitte, Amy was an HR executive at BearingPoint and Citigroup, and prior to that, founded her own consulting firm, with offices in Washington, D.C., Switzerland, and Egypt. She is a sought-after writer, speaker, and thought leader on the future of work and learning. Amy is deeply committed to corporate citizenship—she serves on the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) International Advisory Committee and sits on the boards of College Bound and Friends of the National Arboretum. She joined CAG in June 2023 as Chair of the Governance Committee and was elected to Vice-President in June 2024. Dr. Titus holds the International Coaching Federation certification and a Doctorate in Adult Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
