Dr. Amy Titus is a C-suite advisor, management consultant, HR executive, and entrepreneur with a passion for building the workforces of the future. With over 30 years of international human capital experience, she has led large-scale workforce transformations in complex, global businesses and public sector organizations. As a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, Amy played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s talent management offerings in both financial services and government. She was instrumental in scaling digital solutions, increasing market share, and leading key growth initiatives. In her Talent leadership role, she managed Deloitte’s transformation to a virtual, technology-driven “career lattice” model, offering greater flexibility and engagement for a diverse workforce. Before Deloitte, Amy was an HR executive at BearingPoint and Citigroup, and prior to that, founded her own consulting firm, with offices in Washington, D.C., Switzerland, and Egypt. She is a sought-after writer, speaker, and thought leader on the future of work and learning. Amy is deeply committed to corporate citizenship—she serves on the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) International Advisory Committee and sits on the boards of College Bound and Friends of the National Arboretum. She joined CAG in June 2023 as Chair of the Governance Committee and was elected to Vice-President in June 2024. Dr. Titus holds the International Coaching Federation certification and a Doctorate in Adult Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Tamim Bayoumi brings strong financial experience and a deep interest in local history. He worked at theInternational Monetary Fund (IMF) for many years, including overseeing work on the United States, the global economy, and advising on the Fund’s strategic direction. He is a graduate of Cambridge and Stanford Universities and holds a Bachelors and a PhD in Economics. He been a D.C. resident for over 30 years and lives in the East Village.

Cameron Tudhope is the founder of Lohr Capital, a commercial real estate investment and development firm. Cameron brings a wealth of real estate development experience with previous projects including the Goldman Sachs European headquarters in London and SL Green Realty Corporation’s One Vanderbilt, a mixed-use building in New York City. He was also responsible for business and creative planning for One Vanderbilt’s new public observatory, The Summit. Cameron holds a Bachelors from Hamilton College and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He and his family live in the East Village.

As principal of Stephanie Bothwell Urban and Landscape Design LLC, Stephanie is a nationally recognized contributor to the walkable, mixed-use, healthy, and sustainable community development movement. Stephanie is a city planner and landscape architect and was recently appointed to the first class of Fellows of the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU), the national organization rediscovering traditional urbanism for the 21st century. She established the American Institute of Architects' Center for Livable Communities. She was Senior Landscape Architect for the City of Boston and faculty of the Rhode Island School of Design. She is the board chair of CNUDC. She lectures, teaches, and designs gardens and public spaces across the country.

Stephanie, her husband James Warren, and stepdaughter live on Reservoir Road.

Grant Bermann is a partner at Milbank LLP, where his practice focuses on antitrust law. Previously, he worked at the U.S. Department of Justice and practiced law in the New York, Washington, and Paris offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, another international law firm. Grant is a graduate of Princeton University and Yale Law School. Grant and his family live near Volta Park.

Katherine Hasty is an U.S. Air Force veteran. She served on multiple combat deployments with a special operations team. More recently, she has served on the Air Staff and Joint Staff advising senior leaders on strategy and policy. Her background is in future warfare studies with a focus on space, cyber, and biotechnology. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard and a Masters degree from Georgetown University. She is currently a legislative liaison. She has lived in Georgetown since 2015.

Darcy Nauman has been an active resident and volunteer in Georgetown since graduating from George Washington University in 2006. She has made the community her home and is deeply engaged in its civic life. Darcy is currently serving her third year on the Citizens Association of Georgetown Board. She also serves on the Historic Georgetown Club Foundation Board and has been the Programming Chair of the Georgetown Club Board for the past three years. Additionally, Darcy is Past President of the Friends of Volta Park, having served on its board for seven years. Darcy and her husband, Ben, along with their two daughters, reside in the East Village on N Street.

Mark Martinov seeks to promote the safety and security of the Georgetown community through his work as Co-Chair of the Public Safety Committee. In his professional life, Mark is an investment professional at a local fund focused on Aerospace, Defense, and Government Technology. Previously, he was a Program Manager at Microsoft, where he led teams of engineers in developing and implementing nascent technologies. In addition to his volunteer service with CAG, he volunteers at the Adas Israel Synagogue and is an active member of the University Club of Washington. Mark graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelors in Finance and Management.

Nishita Shah has dedicated her career to developing meaningful relationships, addressing complex business challenges, and crafting effective marketing strategies alongside diverse teams. Her professional journey spans both startups and enterprises, where she’s consistently adapted her approach to meet each organization’s specific needs.

Her professional sweet spot was discovered in the startup world. Before relocating to the US, she owned a branding consultancy that empowered SMEs with professional brand identities, messaging platforms, and marketing strategies. After 25 years in the corporate sector, she recognized that businesses with limited resources deserved access to quality marketing services. This insight eventually led her to transition to the nonprofit sector, where she found many parallels to startup challenges. She now provides strategic marketing consultation to nonprofits throughout the DMV area.

Nishita’s global perspective, shaped by working across Asia, Europe, the US, and the Middle East, has given her a nuanced understanding of cultural contexts and emerging market trends.

Looking forward, she remains committed to partnering with organizations that demonstrate integrity and dedication to positive impact. Currently, she serves on the Advisory Board for The Pad Project.

With a Master’s in International Finance and Marketing from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from American University, Nishita brings strong academic credentials to her work.

Nishita resides in Georgetown with her husband and their two daughters.

A CAG board member for over 20 years, Karen is co-chair of the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Committee, working diligently to create a balance between the residential and commercial sectors. She coordinates with businesses and residents to modify and answer concerns regarding liquor licenses — known as settlement agreements. “Cookie” is a key liaison person with Georgetown University on town-gown matters, serving on the Safety and Student Life Committee of the Georgetown Community Partnership. She also assists with editing the CAG newsletter and is a regular volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She and her husband Jim live on 35th Street.

She has lived in Georgetown since 2015. She loves being a part of this incredible community and is dedicated to the public safety of our neighborhood.

Across a 20-year career, Brittany Sawyer has spent over a decade working with nonprofits. From community and economic development to hospitality and real estate associations, she prefers roles where she can make a positive difference in communities and the lives of others. This passion has led her to serve on nonprofit boards and support causes. As a previous volunteer with the Citizens Association of Georgetown (CAG), she was asked by board members to step in during the pandemic. Brittany has been at the helm of a significant transformation at CAG. She has a degree in marketing and industry certifications, including in nonprofit management. This year, Brittany completed the DC Police Community Engagement Academy and enrolled in the Community Emergency Response Team program. Her outlook in life is service above self is the best investment of time in one’s lifetime. She loves Georgetown for the history, people, and nature.

The Association’s Board of Directors is charged with setting the strategic goals that will enforce and maintain the Citizens Association of Georgetown’s mission and goals. The Board is comprised of 12 volunteer members, each of whom is a member of the Citizens Association of Georgetown and resides in Georgetown.
